1. About the service
Apartspace is a platform connecting apartment owners and guests: a CRM for owners and a rental marketplace for guests. By using the platform you accept these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data and for keeping your password safe. One account — one person. We may restrict an account for violating these Terms or abusing the service.
3. Listings and bookings
The rental agreement is concluded directly between the owner and the guest — Apartspace connects the parties and is not a party to the agreement. The owner is responsible for listing accuracy (photos, prices, availability, amenities). Listings are moderated before publication. A booking request becomes a booking after the owner confirms it.
4. Payments
Currently, stays are settled directly between the guest and the owner on terms they agree. Apart Coin is the platform's internal bonus points (1 AC = 1 EUR equivalent), not electronic money; it cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
5. Content and prohibitions
Prohibited: inaccurate listings, discrimination on protected grounds, spam and fraud, abuse aimed at other users or the assistant, circumventing the platform to avoid its rules. Violations may lead to delisting or account restriction.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for the actions of owners or guests, the condition of properties, or losses from cancellations, but we make reasonable efforts to keep the platform stable and moderate content. Advice from the AI assistant Solomiia is informational.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: support@apart-space.com.
